Rebate Options for Charge Ready Home
SCE customers can qualify for the Charge Ready Home program in two ways:

Receive up to $4,200
You live in a low-income household
Income-qualified Rebate: Applicants can qualify for a $4,200 rebate if they live in a low-income household, defined as a household earning less than 80% of the area median income (AMI) or if they can provide proof of enrollment in at least one qualifying public assistance program.
Or
Receive up to $2,100
You live in a disadvantaged community
Geographic-based Rebate: Applicants can qualify for a $2,100 rebate if they reside in a disadvantaged community (DAC), based on the SB353 Disadvantaged Communities Map
SGIP Battery Rebate Support
JDC Energy Solutions helps customers evaluate whether a battery storage project is a good fit from an electrical and installation standpoint. We can assist with:

Important note: SGIP funding availability and eligibility can change by utility territory and budget category. The program’s statewide announcements note that several ratepayer incentive budgets closed for new submissions at the end of 2025, while certain AB 209 budgets remained open
SCE Charge Ready Home
For eligible Southern California Edison customers, Charge Ready Home helps reduce the cost of electrical upgrades needed to support Level 2 EV charging at home. SCE states that eligible residents may receive rebates of up to $4,200 to upgrade their home electrical panel, and the program is intended for single-family residences installing EV charging capability.
